Potato Gnocchi
- 1 package Emilia brand potato gnocchi
Methodology
- Slice carrots.
- Chop bok choy and ginger.
- Cube Yukon Gold and red potatoes.
- Place frozen peas on countertop bowl to thaw.
- Combine leftover organic turkey broth, organic meat, and water in large stockpot over medium-high heat.
- Add Watkins spices and herbs (oregano, thyme, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper).
- Add fresh ginger.
- Add carrots.
- Heat to boil.
- Add potatoes.
- Remove ginger chunks after about twenty (20) minutes of total time cooking.
